SANDS LUXURY TRADING L.L.C is an independent reseller and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the brands available on this site. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

e. Product Condition Transparency
The products available on our site are brand new and have never been used. However, they are classified as second-hand because they have been purchased by our team of buyers from various sources worldwide. We assure the authenticity and quality of each item offered.

f. After-Sales Service (Warranty and Returns)
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Limitation of Liability

SANDS LUXURY TRADING L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products.

CIVIL AGREEMENT & DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE

Nature of the Commercial Relationship

By purchasing any luxury item offered by SANDS, including but not limited to ready-to-wear fashion pieces, leather goods, accessories, and watches, the customer acknowledges that this transaction constitutes a civil commercial relationship governed exclusively by the applicable civil and commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in this relationship shall be interpreted as grounds for criminal liability unless expressly defined as such under UAE Federal Law.


Civil Handling of Disputes Related to Luxury Goods

The customer fully understands and agrees that any dispute relating to:


* authenticity concerns,

* delays in delivery,

* product availability,

* quality expectations,

* refund or exchange requests,

* after-sales service,

* warranty or repair issues for watches or leather goods,

  shall not constitute a criminal complaint.

  These matters are strictly civil in nature and shall be resolved according to the processes defined herein.


Exclusivity of Civil Resolution (DED & Dubai Civil Courts)

In the event of a disagreement or dissatisfaction, the customer agrees that all complaints shall follow this exclusive civil procedure:


a. Initial Resolution with SANDS Customer Service, providing photos, documentation, and reasonable time for assessment.

b. If not resolved, the complaint may be submitted to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED) for consumer protection and mediation.

c. Should the matter remain unresolved, it may only proceed to the competent Civil Courts of Dubai.


The customer agrees not to pursue or initiate any criminal complaint with Dubai Police regarding matters related to the purchase, authenticity, quality, delay, description, or condition of luxury goods unless explicitly required by UAE criminal law.


Authenticity & Product Condition

SANDS guarantees that all luxury products sold, including watches, handbags, leather goods and ready-to-wear pieces, are authentic and sourced through verified and reputable suppliers.

Any dispute regarding authenticity shall be handled exclusively through civil channels, including expert evaluation if needed.


Good Faith Commitment

Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith.

Submitting a criminal complaint for a civil commercial issue may be considered a breach of this agreement and contrary to UAE dispute-resolution regulations for consumer transactions.

 

Limitation of Liability

SANDS shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to luxury items.

Liability is strictly limited to civil remedies allowed under UAE law, such as repair, replacement, or refund (when applicable and approved under the conditions of the sale).

 

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any luxury item from SANDS, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Civil Agreement Clause and agree to follow the civil dispute-resolution process described above.
